Final fulfillment is finally happening!

If you haven't seen a notice from Spiral Galaxy out of the UK yet for your EU rewards please email to [email protected] and ask them about it. We are very happy to announce what most of you already probably know, the EU fulfillment is finally done! We are so sorry again for all the bumps in the road with our lost pallet from the USA, and COVID-19 and Chinese New Year delays, but at least the final fulfillment should be done FINALLY!
We are so grateful for all of your support and patience as this was finished up in the EU, we know the fulfillment most everywhere else was done long, long ago. We are glad it is better late than never in this case at least.
Just a couple of reminder/issues to finalize, yes the number of sleeves you backed for were properly sent to you, many of you got those free sleeves but did not pay for additional sleeves to sleeve the base game, so you probably only have enough sleeves for the expansion, which isn't exactly helpful. We are sorry about any misunderstanding during the post-campaign survey process. If you need more sleeves or other accessories you can order them HERE. We are doing some special pricing on Viceroy Sleeves & Accessories there so it is worth checking out!
EU fulfillment update

Hello backers!
We just wanted to post a quick update to let you EU backers know what is going on. The expansion itself was shipped to Spiral Galaxy many months ago and is still there in the UK. The base game, playmats and some other items for fulfillment including sleeves were all shipped to the UK via one large pallet back in late summer 2019. Unfortunately this pallet never arrived to Spiral Galaxy's freight forwarder in the US and after a couple of months of waiting for it to show up we realized it was never going to magically appear. We reshipped another pallet to their freight forwarder in February but by this time Spiral had changed their freight forwarder and the pallet was sent to the wrong address. We finally got that pallet forwarded on to the correct (new) forwarder and we believe the pallet is finally on the way to the UK so the last few hundred of you that haven't gotten everything can get it sometime next month without further delay.
We are really sorry for the long delays in getting this taken care of, between late 2019 being busy, Chinese New Year and then the Coronavirus, things have been slow to move on both sides of the pond. We know none of you expected this long delay and frankly we didn't wish it on anyone either. We are so sorry for all the delays and know that we are checking with Spiral Galaxy weekly to ensure this finally gets sorted and that shipments can go out as soon as possible. I know Spiral is understaffed at their fulfillment center due to the virus so that may impact the speed at which they can send out the rest of the goods.
Please accept our sincere apologies for all this. It is our fault and not that of Spiral Galaxy in the end and we are so very sorry for the long delays. We are glad 90%+ of you backers already have the expansion and extras and feel badly for the remaining few of you who are still waiting. We want nothing more than to be completely fulfilled too and know that for you few who haven't received your rewards, any update which doesn't include a tracking number isn't especially helpful.
Please stay safe during this critical time of crisis and know that we are still working to finish up this campaign.
EU and RoW Shipping Update

Hello, Backers!
This is Curt, Mayday Games' customer service manager.
I just wanted to let EU folks know that our pallet that was bound for our fulfillment partner was lost during transit and we're shipping out a new pallet. It took us a while to get through all the red tape and figure things out, but we should begin EU fulfillment within the next week or so (pending any further shipping errors).
For the Rest of the World, we are continuing to ship out pledges, but please note that due to the coronavirus, shipping is going slowly. Please be patient as our fulfillment partner in China works through the mandatory holiday extension during this time of hardship.
I'm sorry it's taken so long to get the information and those who messaged us felt as if we were giving you the runaround. I assure you, we were working hard to determine why our product hadn't reached the EU and we had to send out a second shipment to ensure you wouldn't wait much longer.

I saw a few comments after yesterday's post that I would like to clear up.
1. US is totally shipped, if you are in the US and do not have your game please contact customer service.
2. For the rest of the world, we had delay's we think they are finished. We did not expect customs to hold one of our shipments for as long as they did, we have no control over that. We did not expect another shipment to be misplaced by the shipper, we had no control over that. The shipment has been located and is now back on track and should soon be at the fulfillment center.
I would love to tell each and every one of you exactly when your shipment will go out but I do not have that information. I REALLY wish I did. I have brought someone else on to help track this specific fulfillment. You will be getting an update as soon as we have more information.
We are sorry it has been so long between updates, with the addition of another person on the Kickstarter team we expect updates to be more frequent.
